My Story
"I’m a Senior Product Designer who builds digital products with a business owner’s mindset. My career is defined by three key pillars: high-end design, global operations, and digital ownership.
I started in VMD and branding in Korea, focusing on the craftsmanship of visual storytelling. But I wanted to understand the 'business' behind the design, so I moved to the U.S. for a Master’s in Luxury Management. The real turning point was my time in Retail Operations in the U.S. Working directly with customers on the floor shifted my focus from 'how it looks' to 'why it sells.' I learned to translate customer pain points into operational strategies that directly drove revenue.
Most recently, I was scouted by an IT startup to lead the end-to-end planning and marketing of a new mobile app. I didn't just design screens; I built the entire brand identity and product roadmap from scratch, ensuring the digital experience met both premium standards and business KPIs.
In short, I bridge the gap between design, brand, and commerce. I’m here to make sure that our design decisions aren't just beautiful, but are strategic drivers for the company's growth."
